$400 per transaction

From accepted contract through closing day, we manage the deadlines, communication, documents, and details that keep your transaction moving forward. You remain focused on your clients and your business while SLS keeps the process organized and everyone informed.

Listing Management

$150 per listing

We handle the behind-the-scenes administrative details needed to prepare and launch your listing accurately, professionally, and on time. Once the listing is active, we help keep the information, documents, and status up to date.

Document Preparation

$100 per document package

Accurate, efficient document support to help you prepare your listing and keep the process moving.

• Documents prepared and sent for electronic signature through DocuSign

• Signature tracking and follow-up

Offer Preparation

$100 per offer

We prepare a complete, professional offer package using the terms and instructions provided by the agent. Once prepared, the documents are sent for electronic signature and returned as an organized package ready for the agent to review and submit.

• Purchase agreement preparation
