1. What services do you provide?

We offer Contract-to-Close transaction coordination, listing management, and document preparation. From accepted offer to closing day, we handle the details so you can stay focused on your clients.

2. What does your Contract-to-Close service include?

Our CTC service includes communication with all parties, contingency tracking, document management, title coordination, scheduling closing, and keeping your file compliant from start to finish.

3. How much do you charge?

Our Contract-to-Close service is $400 per transaction. Additional services such as listing management and document prep are available at a flat rate.

4. When do I pay for your services?

You only pay if the transaction closes. No closing, no fee. Our invoice is due within 3 days of closing.

5. Do you work with my clients directly?

Yes. We communicate with all parties involved in the transaction while keeping you informed every step of the way. You’ll always be in the loop—without being buried in emails.

6. Will you use my systems and platforms?

We operate within our own streamlined systems to ensure efficiency and consistency. However, we always keep you copied on client-signed documents and important updates.

7. What areas do you service?

We primarily serve agents throughout Michigan, but we can assist in other areas depending on the transaction.

8. Can you help with listings as well?

Yes. Our listing management service includes MLS input, document preparation, showingtime setup, and coordination to get your listing live quickly and accurately.

9. How do I get started?

Simply send over your accepted offer, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll open the file, send introductions, and get everything moving right away.

10. What makes you different from an in-house transaction coordinator?

We offer the same (and often higher) level of service without the overhead. You only pay per file, gain a full support system, and never have to worry about staffing, training, or coverage.
