Listing Management

$150 per transaction

Our Listing Management services are designed to ensure your listings are launched seamlessly and maintained with precision:

• MLS listing input

• Photo and document uploads

• Seller disclosure management

• ShowingTime setup

• Coordination of sign installation

• Pre-title ordered and tracked

• Ongoing listing updates and changes

 

Contract to Close (CTC)

$400 per transaction

From accepted offer to closing day, we manage every detail so you can stay client-focused:

• Communication with all parties

• Timeline and contingency tracking

• Broker compliance management

• Title coordination and clearance

• Client portal access for real-time updates

• Closing coordination and scheduling

• Post-closing follow-up and file completion

 

Document Preparation

$100 per transaction

Efficient and accurate document handling to keep your deals moving:

• Drafting listing documents

• Preparing and sending documents for signature (DocuSign)

• Uploading and organizing documents for compliance

 

Offer Preparation

$100 per offer (due at time of order)

• Drafting and structuring purchase agreements

• Preparing offer packages for submission

• Coordinating signatures and delivery
